What is right name for error or variety when coin has two pieces of other coins on it off edge? Basically the two pieces look like pieces that are clipped off other coins. Hope not too confusing explaination sorry. Does that usually command big premium? Thanks!

Sounds like what he may have is a double strike with the first strike being normal, and the second being a saddle strike. Could also be a triple strike with the first strike being normal and then two off center strikes. Would have to see pictures to know for sure which it is.
