I cannot tell if this is a D over D or even possibly a D over horizontal S.

Please tell me what I have here and if it is worth anything.

If it happens to be something of value, please include the catalog number also.

It looks like a possible OMM-1 but I can't say for sure.

Hard to tell with the dirt/whatever on the mint mark.. It might need a mineral bath to clean it up a little?
