I love the hammered coins of Eastern Europe because I am reasonably hopeless at their attribution. I get frustrated and that is a challenge for me. I am always curious, and I can't refuse the challenge.
That is why I am attracted to them.
I have four references: 'Coins of Medieval Europe' by Philip Grierson, 'Coinage in France From the Dark Ages to Napoleon' by Nicholas Mayhew, 'Glimpses of History' by Brian Hannon, and 'The Coin Atlas' by Joe Cribb, Barrie Cook and Ian Carradice.
These books give me a good start to attribution, but I am still dumb enough to require more literary assistance.

Most of these coins is from the period 1500-1600,I would not know a realistic price, since I take lot, so I find 2-3 pieces in one lot and so in the second lot and so on.

I know nothing about your coins except they have much character and history about them. Thank you for sharing, nice photographs. Good luck with the identification.

Very nice coins.
I would be interested to know where you got/can get them?
