I have no clue what that person thinks is odd on that coin. It's completely normal.

The coin slipped in the edge lettering machine. The P is much closer to the date than it should normally be. Such slippage isn't unusual and isn't worth anything. If you take a stack of the dollars and try lining up the edge letters on them you will find that misplaced letters aren't that uncommon.
