It is never too worn to be graded, but it is worth it or not is the question. If you mean you are considering getting it graded and slabbed by PCGS or another similar TPG, then I say probably not. It wouldn't be worth the expense to have that coin professionally graded. I would just enjoy it for what it is, or simply sell it as is.

It's pretty much problem-free, somebody just clipped its rim a little. Mark it down as an AG-3 Small Letter Low Leaf die pair.

Using 60% of G-4 value off of numismedia, it comes to $15. Probably a little on the high side, so big777bill's estimate seems about right.
