As for the ID, it's a quartilla (1/4 real), not the 1/8th real in the above
ebay link. Listed in Krause under Mexico, state coinage, Zacatecas mint, KM# 366.
There's an 1863/2 overdate listed in krause; can't quite tell if that "3" is distorted in the right way for this to be the overdate, or if it's just more doubling. The overdate is valued the same as non-overdate 1863 coins, so it's not a rare variety.
