I just thought I'd share my finds here. My grandfather said I could look
through his old milk jug of pennies for wheaties. I found 3 of 'em.
They are as follows: 1941, 1944-s, and 1952-d.

You can still find a few out there. It would be great to find one of the rare ones still in circulation. It is kind of cool that the coins you found have been circulating all of those years and still look so good. Enjoy that Grandpa while you still have him. They are the greatest.

Yeah, both of my grandpa's are the best!

The 44-s looks even better in hand. It's my favorite, too.

Plus, he said I could have them. Nothin better than free money!

Hopefully your aware of all the other possibilities with later dates. Such as the 55, 72, 83, 95 Double Dies. Offsets. Rotated reverses. All the different 60's, 70S's, etc. Many people miss such coins looking for only old ones.

What carl said....and don't discount the BU cents either! I did a friends old change stash and it was LOADED with beautiful BU cents from the 70's, 80's and 90's!
