It isn't a coin; while Torun (known at the time by it's German name, "Thorn") was issuing its own coinage in the 1750s, they were minor coins, not commemoratives. Sounds like a medal.
Its value will depend on many factors. What's it made of? How big is it? What condition is it in? And, perhaps most importantly, can you find somebody in America that's interested enough in eastern European history to want to pay fair value for this piece? People over in Poland and/or Germany would certainly be interested in it, but your typical coin dealer in America probably wouldn't want anything to do with it; "foreign medals" rarely sell well.
