D'Italia on the obverse which does really suggest that it might be Umberto from Italy rather than George III. Bacchus2 Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 2870 Posts	Posted 04/25/2011 3:45 pm It's a nice coin - looks real. A 20 Lira from Italy with Umberto on the obverse. My Krause lists it at bullion value - until extremely fine then there's a bit of a premium. It actually says $110 for extremely fine - but I think it will be higher than that now - the way gold is going.
