Did they give it MS69 because it's from 1969? I'm gonna have to dig up my 1971 half dollar! Well, never mind, I don't think MS71 is rare enough to be slobbed

SGS is a "basement" slabber. They are a joke. It's some clown in his garage "grading" every coin he sees, as MS69 & MS70. This one is MS64 at best.

I still haven't seen any FR2's designated MS70. I may be wrong but even SGS might be able to tell the difference
