SGS is a "basement" slabber. They are a joke. It's some clown in his garage "grading" every coin he sees, as MS69 & MS70. This one is MS64 at best.

Has anyone noticed that the OP hasn't responded? And also that on the bottom of his post he added the emoticon? What if when he posted this, he had just spent a ton more money than he should have and was actually showing off his new prize? But if that's not the case then...

I still haven't seen any FR2's designated MS70. I may be wrong but even SGS might be able to tell the difference
