If equivalent Heritage results are any indication, that's a fair price. I believe ANACS to be as strict as anyone in their use of the DMPL designation.

You still have to buy the coin, not the slab or TPG. That is why photos are important for your question. How is the strike, fields, bag marks, how strong is the dmpl? TPGs will slap a grade on a coin without much regard to appearance.
