Thanks to ikandiggit!

Opps!-Camera-Fell-Down!

Luckily, I was able to save the optics before it hit the ground!

Opps!-Camera-Fell-Down!

And thanks to ikandiggit, I now have megazoom!

Opps!-Camera-Fell-Down!

The large piece is a great handheld because it's so big. I'm guessing 10x. Pleasant! But for these pics ...

I used the smaller double lens piece with macro at full zoom and the piece butts up exactly to the camera lens... nice! No fiddling with that gad. The focal point is about 1.5" inches!

I took these hand held so I still have shake. I should be able to incorporate the optic into my DIY copy stand because I don't have to worry about the gap between camera and lens. Notice where the camera inlays into the wood. The camera lens sits northwest in a semi-circle cutout. It should strap on the stand just right for zero clearance. Saturday is gonna be fun, thanks to ikandiggit!

All my fault.

This'll open a whole new dimension to your coin photography.

I really hope that was a trashed video camera.....kind of defeats the purpose of "cheap" if it was a working camera.

Have fun!

nice sheen on the plastic makes the luster more realistic on cartwheeled coins!
