Retail for a no-problem VF is only about 20 bucks and this coin should be discounted well below that price to compensate for the cleaning. I'd consider it for $10 and pass at any price above that. In my experience, sometimes it's best to ask here first before bothering to get into it with an ebay seller. Less than straight-up sellers (and I'm not downing this guy, but he might be all things considered) take a dim view to inquiries that question their integrity. It's usually not worth it.
