On a 1951 doubled die, the '10 cents' is quite prominently doubled, you can see it very plainly, I don't see it on this coin, sorry.

sorry, mbird, it's not doubled. But, it IS silver, at least!
I think what you are mistaking are the faint sail lines as doubling, due to the wear on the coin.
