Looks mint state but pretty baggy. I'd say MS-61 with a shot at MS-62. Probably it should stay in the slab if it is a no-problem MS-graded coin; you lose potential resale value if you break it out to put in your half eagle roll.

Looks like an MS62 and like Jaobler noted, this is not one for a roll!
