Ive been tryin to do some research on this coin for the past week , I do believe its a so called dollar may hk #347 but I'm having alot of trouble finding an acuate value, can anyone shed some light on this coin for me please.

It looks like a commemorative medal to me, not a dollar coin, as for value, I'm at at loss.

So-Called Dollar HK 346 if Bronze; HK 347 if Gilt. Both are R4 (201-500 known). Either way, according to February 2008 price guide:
$25-$75 if Circulated
$75-$300 if Mint State
Nice item.
