I think I am danger of getting addicted to mid-early Seated halves. Any help grading my latest acquisition?

I think it is a textbook VF, but would love to hear what others think.

Yeah, looks VF to me. Possible old wipe from the pics, but a nice coin. I like the S mint Seated halves too, they're tough to find not harshly cleaned.

Yeah, there is a slight bit of evidence of a wipe, but it is not that easy to pick out.
