Here's a neat trick I discovered last night. I have been in the process of changing my collection over from albums to Capital holders. Buying new sure can get expensive, especially for the modern series where the holder costs more than the coins. I have found alot of new Capitals with the box/tissue on ebay for discounted prices, however, sometimes I settle for a gently used holder without the box. I have been scratching my head trying to figure out a way of protecting them from scratches. What I found out was that an empty coin bag from the mint is the perfect size for sliding a Capital holder into (the 8x14 Capitals). IMO, a pretty neat way of protecting the holders from damage, and it makes it a little easier to stack them in the safe as well.

If any one else can come up with some collecting hints, tips, etc. please, PLEASE share them! I'd love to hear what some of you guys/gals have to say.
