could anyone help with these two items,believed to be off the w.a railways,the first one is a stamp I think. also are they of any value. thanks

there are plenty of railway & transportation collectors, so I'm certain that these will find some interest.
the first has what is known as a Queen's crown, which suggests that it is post-1952.
And WAGR changed its name in 1976, so that brackets your piece.
