A coin I'm bidding on has a PCGS Population (205/90). Does this mean there have been 205 of these particular coins graded by PCGS with only 90 being graded higher? Think I have that right?

Close... it means 205 of that coin in that year/mintmark have been graded by PCGS at the same grade (there are more at lower grades), with only 90 being graded higher.
