Check-out one of the highlights in the up-coming Heritage Long Beach Auction - a 1918/7-D 5c Buffalo PCGS-64+. It's An early die states with no die crack coming off perpendicular to the Indian's braid ribbon. Any guesses as to the final hammer price?

I'll say because of the bad economy, and it has a couple carbon spots - $95,000. But still if it didn't have the carbon spots it would be an MS-65!... man maybe $145,000.

Hello Danester; I thought that this coin was a MS65 that was up for auction at that show. I must be mistaken as I see so many coins in emails, facebook and in the forums daily. It is a beauty and I like the fact that one can see the over-date so plainly. I hate it when there is an over-date that can't be seen unless it is under a 20 times magnifier. Anyway, thanks for sharing this phenomenal coin.
