Just searching through a few rolls of cents and I came across a 1995D with a normal worn obverse, but the reverse is bright and shiny like a dime.

Aside from a few hints of red on and around the word UNITED, it's completely silver in color. Sorry for the horrible pictures.

Looks like it may have been plated. Plating companies plate cents to give out as samples. I have a gold plated one from a shop here in Phoenix.
