Double Mint Pillar of the Community United States 810 Posts	Posted 05/12/2011 10:45 pm MKman the first item is a small 3x3 thin piece of copper with some fancy details on it and its thin like paper. Not sure what it is though. The second item is a copper cadet badge. The third items are old belt buckles. Ill put better pictures on later. eric273 I was metal detecting at a friends house today. There was a train wreck where her yard is yrs ago. Late 1800s early 1900s not sure when it happened but a few people died in the crash. I guess it was a really bad wreck. I saw something like that on the "Pawn Stars" TV show. You might have yourself a very historic find...NICE! I'll google some "early copper etchings"...might find something interesting.
