Yes, that is FS-25-1942D-101 which has some of the largest spread of any Washington doubled die. I concur with G4, the rim is too worn to support VG and above. Unfortunately, the low grade will limit the value. Heritage lists an ANACS AG-3 that sold for $35 in 2008 and an NGC VG-10 that sold for $42 in 2009, I would estimate that yours would be worth $40-50.
