The big dealers are running out of ASE's and on ebay people are paying $44 a pop. The actual market price does not seem to mean much in the physical trade world at the moment.

Using the money to pick up some 90% as silver heads down.

I had Goldline call me today. I told him that I currently have all of the gold that my plan calls for but I would like to buy some ASE's. He told me that no one can get them. Apparently they don't like paying way over spot either. The best price I can find are slightly over $40 for an Eagle ( by the roll ). Silver may be at $33 spot but the real price is $40. Bernanke may have succeeded in stubbing the paper market for silver but real buyers are not playing under the same set of rules.

I'm not sure what rules are in effect but I do know that all of the PM seller sites that I check have NO ASEs for under $40 each. $41-42 seems to be THE price at the moment. :-/
