1996-P Kennedy Half DDO?

So here it is. One light source. None of the letters are doubled but the ear, lips, chin and neck are...My only concern was the ear doubling looks flat however the two ears are a little different in shape...is this a DDO?

Machine doubled. The ear tells it all. Flat, shelf like.

Why wouldn't the letters or numbers be doubled? From my understanding everything should be if it is MD? Or am I wrong?

No, Machine Doubling is very random and does not affect all devices equally.
