Welcome to the site, check out VAM 14A, could be a match, for the purchase I'm note so sure, looks to be a decent coin, but the seller uses scans so until its in hand I couldn't be for certain on the grade...

Agreed; scans are difficult to grade from. This coin needs to be MS63-ish to be worth the price paid; certain obverse details make me less than optimistic. If the coin is Almost Uncirculated as it seems, the purchase price was roughly double the coin's value.
