Just found this after going through a few boxes roll searching. Biggest I've found by far. What kind of value does this have? ![<a target=]() Cud" class="userimg" style="image-orientation: from-image !important; max-width:80%;height:auto" name="img" src="http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/uploaded/bvalania/20110519_DSC03126.jpg" border="0" style='cursor:default' onClick='doimage(this,event)'> ![<a target=]() Cud" class="userimg" style="image-orientation: from-image !important; max-width:80%;height:auto" name="img" src="http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/uploaded/bvalania/20110519_DSC03127.jpg" border="0" style='cursor:default' onClick='doimage(this,event)'>

Thats an amazing find! I'd say around maybe $70. Error prices have been crazy lately.

I wish the year was showing to see how long this has been circulating.

Cool find! I've not found a Cud that large or even close. My question is when the die break is that large do they usually afect obverse and reverse like that?

WOW! That is huge.I sold one on ebay a while back that covered up "IN GOD WE" for $36.00 Yours is a nice size and should bring a nice premium if you ever choose to sell it.Congrats on a nice find

Wow is right... I'm concerned about the reverse. Is it concave? Also, Cuds normally form on just one side of the coin. I don't think I've ever seen a Cud form on both sides of a coin covering the same area as the other side..... maybe I'm too new to pennies but in the dollars, I dont think there is one coin out there.....

The reverse is exactly what you'd expect to see from a Cud that size. Metal has to flow from somewhere to fill up the void in the die that makes the Cud.
