In hand, this looks like post mint damage.

To the naked eye, the rims still seem to be full, and the coin doesn't look like it been bent. If so, shouldn't Lincolns cheek, jaw, and shoulder be worn down more than they are?

It appears to be a Dryer Coin. Named such as they were trapped in a comercial clothes dryer for some time.

Coop. I've found quite a few Dryer Coins. I've never found one with the metal-flow like this one though.
