A late Roman bronze. On the obverse I can read DN VALEN... and there seems to be too many letters after "VALEN" for it to be emperor Valens, so it must be emperor Valentinian I. Reverse reads SECVRITAS RIPVBLICAE, a type usually dated to the perod 364-367 AD. There's a blob of dirt or corrosion on the mintmark making it unreadable but here's an example of a similar coin from the Cyzicus mint.
