Coinvideo.com has some good material on most of the mints but apparently nothing specifically on New Orleans.

I know TLC or discovery channel (one of the anyway) has done a few shows about the workings of the mint and coinage but not sure if any of them have anything specifically about the no mint in them since it has been awhile since I have seen the shows, but you can probably look on one of their site (I think its Discovery Channel) and see if they offer the videos for sale
