Mine was a few months ago when I decided to buy my first box of pennies. I got it home and EVERY single roll was full of 2011-D pennies. I kept one roll for my self since 2011 is the end of the line for pennies. I went back to the bank the next day and swapped out the new box for an "older looking" box. I got it home and after searching through 2,500 cents, I found 3 wheaties and three Canadian pennies....I only do nickels now.

I too just received my 2 boxes of nickels and all 2011 D rolls. Wrong time of the year for ordering. My bank doesn't accept them back rolled, so I'll have to break them open and bag them.

Seems to me with the prices on ebay for BU rolls I would be really excited to get what you got. I just bought a bunch of 2011 D BU rolls for 2x face. |

I roll-searched over 10 years for a 1970-S LMC "small date". I never found one, despite rolls having as many as three 70-S cents each. |

Not one but five! I picked up five rolls of CW halves one time got them home and opened them all up just to find 100 Bicentennial halves  . |

Never had a bad roll search problem. That is because I do not and never have roll searched. In the past I used to just get those $50 bags of cents and search them. Got lots and lots of great stuff so stopped. To many coins now.

i dont mind getting all 2011 cents or nickels when I get a box. I resell the box on ebay for a sweet easy profit :) |

I made a few hundred $$$ when I got 2 boxes of 2010D nickels in early 2010. Most disappointing roll search was the 10 box skunk streak ( that's a box a week) when I first started searching halves. Put me off halves for 9 months or so. Most annoying roll search was a box of nickels in December (long after 2010 nickels would sell for enough to be worth it on ebay) that was about 95% 2010P. Not only did I have to unroll them all, I actually had to look at them! |
