1839-Coronet-Silly-Head?
The date is worn on the last number. I know it looks like a 3 here, but I'm pretty sure its a nine when I put my 10x glass on it, but I'm not 100%.The 9 looks like it could be enclosed. Is anyone here familiar with these coins.

I wish I could get a closer zoom on it. I will have to try using my glass in front of the lens.

1833 is out of the question, with that obverse. Beyond that, here you go:

Looks like a head of 1838.

Can't be an 1833 Point of the bust is wrong and it has beaded hair cords. Beaded hair cords did not begin until 1837.

COnder101, I thought that at one point too, but the style of the 8 doesn't match up.

I also though this was closer to a 1839 (Head of 1838) due to the lack of hair curl on the forehead. Is the curl missing?

1839 LC (Head of 1838)

The one on the forehead? If so there is definitely a lock there, but is worn some.It resembles yours very closely.

It's definitely a head of 1838. That head was used on some of the 1837's, all the 1838's and two varieties of 1839. It obviously isn't an 1837. The spacing between the point of the bust and the top of the 1 is fairly wide which seems to most closely match 1838 N-6 or the two 1839's.
