So far I cannot find anything on the ANACS web site regarding the grading and encapsulating of these sets.

Ok now I know that I've boo boo'ed with PCGS and NGS regarding them since I opened my package. But will ANAC's authenticate the sets from an opened original MINT package? Are they doing anything special with regard to these sets?

I really like the ANACS holders and would like the set labeled as 20th Anniversary sets.

Any info?

Marv,

First off, welcome to the forum!

I don't think ANACS will do it either. Since both the regular proof and uncirculated coin can be purchased separately, they don't know if your set was actually the orginal set, which is must be to their satisfaction in order to give the 20th anniversary set sticker. Give them a call and see what they say. They seem to be willing to do things that NGC and PCGS won't. You never know.
