w1a9c8k5 Pillar of the Community United States 1348 Posts	Posted 06/07/2011 10:02 am So I always see people posting how many coins (like 5 ounce ATB) were minted. Where is this information provided. I am going to be looking into collecting the first lady gold coins and would like to know the mintages. Any info on how to retrieve this info my Report this Post to the Staff

GR58 Bedrock of the Community United States 11951 Posts	Posted 06/07/2011 10:41 pm My current Red Book (starting page 350) shows mintage numbers for first spouse coins, up to Sarah Polk for mintage numbers. The mint site still has Sarah Polk and newer for sale. I think a final mintage number would not be available until sales for that coin have ended. The numbers look to be a little different than the ones listed on the above link. At least for the first four. Report this Post to the Staff
Conder101 Bedrock of the Community United States 17884 Posts	Posted 06/08/2011 10:18 am RedBook is good for older issues, for recent ones a lot of them can be found here http://www.usmint.gov/about_the_min...tion_figures The annual mint reports used to be a really good source of that information, but they changed the format of the reports a few years ago and now they are almost completely worthless and have very little actual information about their production except for revenue amounts raised.
