I have a pile of off center dimes that I got out of a roll today. Are they worth any more than normal?

This is just one of the ones I got.
The second photo has bad color, but it got rid of the shadows better.

From what I see your dime is not off-center. It is a simple and common example of a slightly misaligned obverse die. If you look at the reverse you'll probably see that it is normal. An off-center struck coin will have the same shift in the design on both sides, and for reeded coins the reeding will not be present since off-center coins are struck out of collar, and the collar is what puts the reeding on the coins.

Oddly enough coins like this are becoming a seller at coin shows. Not for much, but dealers are selling them as errors. Error coin collecting is becoming a big thing and event the slightest errors are starting to sell. Such things as a double line on the rim, slight offsets like yours, faded letters or numbers, etc. that we all used to just ignore are now in 2x2's at coin shows and they do sell. Keep yours and start an error collection.
