What are the rules of selling in the for sale forum? does it have to be coins only? if we have scrap gold or silver jewelry would that be within the rules to sell? or is it reserved for coins only? i'd like to know before I try selling and get my listing deleted. thanks.

We'd prefer it to stay within the numismatic family. Unfortunately if we make exceptions for one thing then we have to do others we well.

As far as gold and silver nuggets and the like...I personally have no problem with it assuming you are 100% certain of the purity as well as take a picture of it on a gram scale for others to see.

Bobby though has the final say in the matter.

thanks for the input. I agree that maybe it should be numismatic items only otherwise lots of junk will make its way here. anyways, it just sold on ebay so I guess I don't need to sell here anyway. thanks for the help though!

Anytime

Always nice to see permissions get asked instead of assumptions made.
