This coin has visible friction in the obverse fields and on Washington's hair curls and cheek. The eagle breast feathers also appear to show loss of detail due to light wear. I'd call it AU which for this common date means it's basically a bullion coin containing about 0.18 troy ounces of silver.
The "double D" mintmark looks more like post-mint damage to me. Perhaps one of the forum error/variety specialists would offer a more informed opinion.
