I would say this one would make G-4 IMO, the whole date and mint mark are still readable,
but many areas are worn smooth.

Your coin is VG+...The 1913S is well known for a weak strike. Full date and half a horn equals VG+...If this coin was only in the G range the date would not be as visible and you would barely see the horn....Cheers!

I disagree with several others but concur with 1893S. I think this is VG 10 for reasons stated by 1893S. However the darkness and scratch on OBV could knock it back to VG-8

VG 10 but would probably get "details" if sent in.
I believe the discoloration is environmental damage.
Nice coin that would match many of the coins in my set.
