I would say EF45 because of the lack of luster. Nice details though.

Really appreciate everyone's skill to this hobby. I really admire the time it takes to gain the experience and knowledge. I'm new to this and decided it was time to go through a collection I herited from my grandfather. Since there are so many coins I needed a place to learn and feel I found it here. Would someone mind explaining what hit means? Really learning allot in a short time. Thanks again to everyone
