I suspect that's reflections from the holder?

The 1900 might be unique, but there are two or three more Indian Head cents struck on quarter eagle planchets known.

If I was putting that in my 7070 would it go in the IHC slot or the quarter eagle slot. Guess I'll decide when it comes in the mail.
Hope they use one of the good bubble mailers.
