Amy found this on ebay and pointed it out. The seller also sold a 1945 W Liberty Dime Near Mint Condition. Check them out.

I think this person is looking for a buyer that has not done any home work.

An online dealer has a 1890-O MS-64 by PCGS for $269.00 Don't know how they can ask $1000.00 starting bid? And what is "Morgan City" supposed to mean?

And the 1945-W dime pictures are so blurry, you can't make out quality or even the date. Did they even make 1945-W dimes?

i think it is just some person ignorant of coins trying to sell some that they got from somewhere. the 1945 w dime is a giveaway. the w is just the designers initials, the mint mark should be on the back. and they probably just dont know the value of the Morgan dollar. they probably just saw the year and how big it was and just decided it was worth $1000. To me it's just someone who knows nothing about coins trying to make a buck or two.

Conder, on the Mercury dime in a way he did. ebay's free listing is not actually free. ebay has raised their final value fee by 1% from before they offered free insertion fees so they aren't giving anything up overall. I now see that ebay is also charging sellers a final value fee on the shipping charge. Just another way is ebay messing with their sellers.
