It would grade as ungradable because of the damage. But the detail looks Vf25.

Detail approaches EF-40 IMO. LIBERTY, the star radials, and the edge beading are all sharp (except where corrosion has formed). Would have been a nice type coin...

F-15 details looking at LIBERTY.
VF-20 or 30 all other
