My monitor is playing up, but I think the first is:

Second:
India, Princely States:= Baroda Y# 32.2 2 Paisa VS1948 (1891)

No, alganbagerap's ID is correct.

On KM/Y# 32.1 the inner legend on the obverse (your bottom pic) is curved; on KM.Y 32.2 it is straight. On your coin, it's straight, so your coin is KM/Y# 32.2. The date-numerals are the four characters in the bottom inscription of the reverse (your top pic), written in the numeral system the table in Krause labels "Devanagari", which translate to "1948" on your coin (the NGCcoin example I just linked to is dated 1946/2).
