I spent the evening poring over Flying Eagle cents on ebay tonight... what about them are so seductive? I am seeing a bunch of weak strike coins and lots of high priced coins, but nothing in my limited budget right now... but man, I LOVE this series! Anyone else here in love with them too? -Les

They are probably my most favorite design of all American coins. I just wish they would have be more practical to make, then there would be more years to collect.

They rank pretty high on my list of best designs and are one of my personal favorites, too.  They will be my most likely target along with Indian heads once my EV7070 is done (assuming I finish it).

They are my favorite also. I was looking at them on ebay last night, They are pretty high. Maybe I will get one later,But a vbery nice design.

Wow! There are some fantastic coins in that link! Now you guys have me wanting an upper grade Flying Eagle now even more!
