Here is a large cent from 1920 with what I believe is a struck through error. What do you guys think it is?

Yes, definitely a nice struck-through error It is an irregular shape but with well-defined edges so I would surmise that the coin was struck through a thin ragged piece of metal, perhaps a delamination peel from another planchet.

I agree. Nice Struck-Through error. There's no damage to the obverse that would indicate the coin suffered a post-strike punch. Also there is no texture in the error area that would be evidence of a simple de-lamination.
