Can someone tell me if this is an A points to LDe, it looks like it to me but I just cannot quite tell..

If you're really unsure,count the denticles,
points to has 129
points between 128

Your pic is good enough to say . What does your coin grade? It looks decent.
Here's a pic I made of one I own:

1949-A-To-Lde-Or-The-Common-Between-Lde

Btw, this variety is also known as the "high relief" portrait.
They're quite easy to sort that way in a pile of '49s, later confirming by A to denticle.

My picture isn't nearly as good, I also found a 1948 A points to SDe's in the same lot, had a dealer check them today for me as well and they both checked out..

Your 49AT is not much lower in grade than mine--I still see traces of luster too.
