PMD Or Not? - Coin Community Forum

To add, I've seen circular marks like this on new rolls of nickels and cents but never this defined...usually there very weak and broken lines. I have 2 boxes of 2010 P&D Cents and almost every roll has both end coins damaged the same way. I also got one last week in change. Some shallow, but most are like the one above. I even had coins with a deep ring like this and 2 lighter rings toward the center of the coin. It also seemed that the D Mint Mark coins were worse.
