I found a 1950 Benjamin Franklin half dollar (don't have access to camera right now) that has what looks like a 0 (zero) indented where the mint mark would be. Anyone know anything?

Without a picture, my best guess is that it is a "D". Are you using a magnifier?

Where are you looking for the Mint Mark at? the front or back of the coin?
