Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6389 Posts	Posted 06/25/2011 7:50 pm Seems mark-free enough to qualify for MS-64. Breast feathers are strong for a New Orleans coin but the hair over the ear is softly struck. That might hold it back from contention at the MS-65 level. The 1902-O is a common date readily available in certified MS-64; this looks like a nice one. Report this Post to the Staff
